Michael Hazen is a well-respected chef and restaurateur with over 20 years industry experience. His passion for creating fresh, seasonally inspired food with simple, clean flavors has won him numerous accolades and a solid track record of helping create successful restaurants and culinary concepts. Most recently he was the culinary force behind another Westport success, bartaco, where he developed the menu of globally influenced tacos with bold flavors. He was also part of the culinary team at Barcelona, where he was focused on the purity of the ingredients in Spanish cooking. Chef Hazen is a New England native and began his career as Executive Chef of Goose Cove Lodge, in Sunset, Maine, which The New York Times declared was one of the best restaurants in the state.

Adrian Alvarado, a Jersey City native, has been a part of the hospitality industry for over 20 years. He has had the opportunity to work in all facets of the business from casual fare to fine dining movie premiers and oscar events. Most notably and recently, Adrian worked along top mixologist at the world renown Soho House Hollywood and was part of the re-opening of Soho House NY. Adrian has also moonlighted as a TV and film actor, appearing as a regular in General Hospital, Young & the Restless and guest star appearances in TV shows such as Blood Bloods, Bid Love, Person of Interests Law and Order LA and many more. His passion for Hospitality cocktails and fine dining has always had a huge influence through his career.

With more than 20 years of restaurant and entrepreneurial experience in Italy, Spain and the U.S., Antonio has been apart of numerous successful restaurant ventures including Toto’. totorestaurant.com (formerly Osianna Restaurant) of Fairfield, CT as Owner and General Manager. Past General Manager roles also included New Haven and Stamford Barcelona restaurants and Tarantino’s in Westport.
